Koru - pendant - silver
Tahi Jewelry’s designs draw upon traditional Maori jewelry and tribal designs to create something both unique and meaningful. This silver pendant is based on the spiraling Koru design. A worldwide symbol of peace, the Koru is based on an unfurling fern frond or breaking wave. It represents new life, growth and harmony, and is a symbol of strength.
The Koru is a common design, yet there are many variations. This Koru pendant is called Aroha meaning love. Aroha also encompasses affection, sympathy, charity and compassion. Aroha is an especially appropriate name for this pendant as the intertwined fronds of the Koru design give it the shape of a love heart which has been tipped onto its side.
Silver always looks great, no matter where you wear it. This Aroha pendant will always stand out and look stunning. It would make a wonderful gift for that special someone, as well as being an essential accessory for yourself.
Dimensions: This silver Aroha pendant measures 37mm across its widest point and is 26mm high. The leather cord is 335mm long; the silver chain is 240mm long. Please select whether you would like a leather cord or a silver chain from the drop down menu. There is an extra charge for the silver chain,
